Neal Clemens, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), is founder and president of Covenant Financial Advisors. He has over 30 years of experience helping individuals and organizations pursue their financial goals. He focuses on planned giving strategies and is experienced in educating church leaders and congregations about today’s top financial issues. He holds several resident and non-resident licenses including Securities 7 and Life & Health Insurance License. He resides with his wife and daughter in the Walnut Creek area. He is an active member of the Salem Mennonite Church and volunteers giving tours at the Mennonite Information Center.
Fun fact: Some of the photos you see throughout the website are actual pictures Neal has taken while on vacation. He loves to travel and capture nature’s beauty. Some of his favorite places are depicted in the photographs including Pensacola Beach, FL, which he travels to with his family every year.

Kelly Bruce, Executive Director, works closely with Neal to assure each client has the best experience possible. With her human resource background, she not only manages the office but oversees the client/advisor relationship. Her passion is customer service and she is always looking ahead in how to improve their experience. She loves to interact with the clients with her witty charm and isn’t afraid to shed a tear when testifying of her love of God. She holds a license for Life & Health Insurance.
Fun Fact: Kelly is an avid outdoors person, who loves to fish, hunt, and camp. Her son and daughter are both Marines.

Sharon Buccitelli, Client Relation Specialist, is the first face you will see when you walk through our doors at our Sugarcreek office. She is very welcoming and will greet you with a smile and fresh baked cookies! She is the main voice you hear when calling the office and makes sure the call gets to the appropriate team member who can be of service. As an Ordained Minister and her love of people, you can hear the smile in her voice radiating from her servant’s heart. She handles client service related requests along with a vast majority of other dutes. She is a multi-tasker as her role is multi-faceted. Sharon enjoys serving others through her church and volunteering in the community. She holds a license for Life & Health Insurance. Sharon is also facilitator for Financial Peace University classes and has training as a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach.
Fun fact: Her favorite sound is the laugh of a child.
Rachel Gattis, Client Service Coordinator, works diligently behind the scenes in processing paperwork. She is the liaison between the client, home office, and product companies to ensure required documents are provided in good order. She loves her job and takes pride in submitting completed files to process applications as quickly and accurately as possible. Rachel has her Life & Health insurance license. Rachel manages the Processing Department and oversees all account transactions.
Fun Fact: Rachel loves spending weekends at the lake with family/friends enjoying God’s creatures and creation.

Tierra Bruce, Client Services Assistant, works in the processing department. She prepares paperwork and is an integral part in working files through our process. She loves the interaction with our clients, fellow team members, and it is her servant's heartbeat to help others. Tierra does her very best to be an encourager, and her sweet disposition brings sunshine to those she encounters. Tierra is Life and Health Insurance Licensed.
Fun Fact: Tierra plays the cello, sings on the praise team, and is highly involved in many other areas at her church.
Kristin Anderson, Client Services Assistant, works in the processing department. She assists new clients as they submit information to the office to help provide the best service regarding their financial needs and goals. Kristin's background is in finance and accounting with a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University-Mankato and employment at a CPA firm, a church, and a Christian elementary school. Kristin's husband, Kraig, is a pastor for an area church, and they have 2 adult sons who are both married and living in the Cleveland area. In her free time, she loves to travel, take long hikes in the woods, and spend time with her family.
Fun Fact: Kristin and Kraig remodeled their entire home themselves including finishing off the basement and updating the landscaping. She is quite handy with a drill, sander, and paint brush.

Brenda Thomas, Client Communication Specialist, is the voice you hear when scheduling an appointment. Keeping the schedule organized can be a daunting task, but she enjoys putting all the puzzle pieces together. Brenda likes interacting with those she meets. Her West Virginia accent is sure to charm you. She is a proud Marshall University Alumni. Brenda grew up near Huntington, WV, and relocated to Ohio with her husband, David. She has one daughter and one granddaughter, whom she shares a very special bond.
Fun Fact: Brenda is an animal lover. She has two cats and is very proud to say she has a grand dog, who comes to visit as often as her parents will allow.
