Neal Clemens, ChFC, CLU
Neal Clemens, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), is founder and president of Covenant Financial Advisors. He has over 30 years of experience helping individuals and organizations pursue their financial goals. He focuses on planned giving strategies and is experienced in educating church leaders and congregations about today’s top financial issues. He holds several resident and non-resident licenses including Securities 7 and Life & Health Insurance License. He resides with his wife and daughter in the Walnut Creek area. He is an active member of the Salem Mennonite Church and volunteers giving tours at the Mennonite Information Center.
Fun fact: Some of the photos you see throughout the website are actual pictures Neal has taken while on vacation. He loves to travel and capture nature’s beauty. Some of his favorite places are depicted in the photographs including Pensacola Beach, FL, an area that he has frequented with his family for the last 15 years.
Kelly Bruce, Executive Director, works closely with Neal to assure each client has the best experience possible. With her human resource background, she not only manages the office but oversees the client/advisor relationship. Her passion is customer service and she is always looking ahead in how to improve their experience. She loves to interact with the clients with her witty charm and isn’t afraid to shed a tear when testifying of her love of God. She holds a license for Life & Health Insurance.
Fun Fact: Kelly is an avid outdoors person who loves to fish, hunt, and camp with her husband and children.
Client Support Specialist
Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach
Sharon Buccitelli, Client Support Specialist, is the first face you will see when you walk through our doors at our Sugarcreek office. She is very welcoming and will greet you with a smile and fresh baked cookies she made herself! She is the main voice you hear when calling the office as she maintains the scheduling for the team and you can hear the smile in her voice because of her love for people. She is a multi-tasker as her role is multi-faceted. Sharon enjoys serving others through her church and volunteering in the community. She holds a license for Life & Health Insurance.
Fun fact: Her favorite sound is the laugh of a child.
Financial Advisor Associate
Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach
Christy Stutzman, Financial Advisor Associate, operates primarily in the planning department. She works closely with Neal in preparing the reports and handles the more in-depth client service needs. She also assists in meetings and has direct contact with clients in helping get answers to any questions they may have as their file is being processed. Christy is Series 7 and Life & Health Insurance licensed. She is the mother of 3 and cherishes the time she gets to spend with them.
Fun Fact – Christy is a huge baseball fan. Her favorite team is the Cleveland Indians; and it is on her bucket list to say she has been to a game at every MLB Baseball Park. Three down and many more to go!
Client Services Coordinator
Rachel Mast, Client Service Coordinator, works diligently behind the scenes in processing paperwork. She is the liaison between the client, home office, and product companies to ensure required documents are provided in good order. She loves her job and takes pride in submitting completed files to process applications as quickly and accurately as possible. Rachel has her Life & Health insurance license.
Fun Fact: Rachel loves spending weekends at the lake with family/friends enjoying God’s creatures and creation.
Mylissa Stout, Executive Assistant, works closely with Kelly to help the office run smoothly. She works hard to keep everything up-to-date with compliance and works behind the scenes handling the accounting and marketing for the office. Mylissa gained her knowledge for business from her studies at Pittsburgh Technical Institute where she received an Associates of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She enjoys planning and organizing events for our clients and staff.
Fun Fact: Mylissa loves being an aunt and dog mom. She enjoys camping and riding motorcycles with her husband and family. Her bubbly personality brings a smile to those she encounters.
Client Communications Specialist
Connie Weaver, Client Communication Specialist, is the voice you hear when scheduling an appointment. Keeping the schedule organized can be a daunting task, but she enjoys putting all of the puzzle pieces together. Connie loves interacting with those she comes in contact with. Her warm, southern accent is sure to charm you. Connie grew up in North Carolina and moved to Ohio with her husband, Earl, in 2011. She has three young children: 2 boys and a girl.
Fun fact: Connie loves baking. During the holiday season, you can find Connie in her kitchen baking cinnamon rolls, cookies, and dipping chocolates.
Kae Schoelles, Administrative Assistant, works very hard to assist all staff in their day-to-day functions. She also helps on the side of client services in answering phones, pulling documents, and assembling paperwork needed for appointments. She is one of the pleasant faces you will see when you walk into our office. Kae gained her knowledge for business from her studies at Ohio Christian University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. Kae has one adult son and 3 teenage sons that keep her busy after hours.
Fun Fact: Kae’s real name is Kelli but since there was already a Kelly in the office and to avoid any confusion with clients and staff, Kae used her first initial with the last two letters of her middle name, Rae to create Kae.
